ഫിലിപ്പീൻസിലെ സെബുവിൽ 2026 ഒക്ടോബർ 28-ന് നടന്ന ADMM-Plus സമ്മേളനത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച്, ഇന്ത്യയുടെ രക്ഷാമന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് യുഎസ് യുദ്ധകാര്യ സെക്രട്ടറി പീറ്റ് ഹെഗ്‌സെത്തിനൊപ്പം കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തി. ഈ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച ഇന്ത്യ-യുഎസ് പ്രതിരോധ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തിന്റെ പുരോഗതി വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു പ്രധാന അവസരമായി മാറി. ഇരുപക്ഷങ്ങളും നിലവിലുള്ള സഹകരണത്തെ അവലോകനം ചെയ്ത്, സുരക്ഷാ കരാറുകളുടെ പുരോഗതി, സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യകൾ പങ്കിടൽ, പ്രതിരോധ വ്യവസായ സംയോജനം എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് ചർച്ച നടത്തി. ഭീകരവാദത്തിനെതിരായ പോരാട്ടത്തിൽ അമേരിക്കയുടെ പിന്തുണ ഉറപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്, രക്ഷാമന്ത്രി ഇന്ത്യയുടെ നന്ദിയും പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു.
