Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from The Radius News mobile app. This keeps the process secure and verifies that the request comes from you.
How to delete your account
- Open The Radius News app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the Account Management section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the deletion notice, then check “I understand and want to proceed”.
- Optionally tell us why you’re deleting your account.
- Tap Send OTP. A one-time password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP from the email.
- Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account.
What happens to your data
- Your profile and login access are removed immediately.
- Your account data — including username, posts, and engagement history — is retained for 12 months for auditing and security purposes before being permanently deleted.
- During the retention period your data is not visible to other users, and your mobile number cannot be reused for a new registration.
- Account deletion cannot be undone.
